There’s so much information (and misinformation) available in the media, and it can be challenging to sift through it all. You may have tried every diet, supplement, and “cleanse” available, but nothing seems to help you achieve the athletic and wellness goals you have set. Do you know why? Nutrition needs to be individualized. One-size-fits all solutions are appealing, but they are setting you up for disappointment.

As a registered dietitian (RD) specializing in sports nutrition, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the role of nutrition in performance. And I’ve learned how to individualize the science of sports nutrition, so that my recommendations can be specific to your sport/activity, lifestyle, schedule, body, and goals.
